DIY Ham Radio Cabinets

I hate DIY looking cabinets and chassis so Ham radio cabinets are a god send. I really dig the old Collins radio cabinets. You can’t beat the prices. The giant cabinet is just primed until I take it in for painting or powder coating. It will be the basis of my new system which will be modular. All future DIY projects will be made to be modular and fit into this chassis like the PWK amp but bigger. The first piece will be compactron set amp and then a 300b set with iron from Intact Audio to get down as low as my speakers can go. Then I hope to add 112a preamp, 6sn7 preamp, op amp phono stage, dht phono stage, and some big dual chassis triode bass amp…. That should keep me busy for about two years lol…. I hope all my sources and crossover will also fit in the chassis but that maybe a too much…
